BIOGRAPHY
Deejay Mike One is today known as the best afro chic deejay: he’s performing in the biggest french and international nightclubs with artists like Lil Jon, Fat Joe, Xzibit, Sean Paul, Elephant Man, Beenie man, Rohff, Booba, La Fouine, Magic System,…
Michael starts deejaying at the age of 15 and quickly discovers a passion for dancehall music. So he becomes Dj Mike One.
In a few years, thanks to his motivation and his charisma, he becomes a major deejay, setting in the biggest clubs in Paris, attracting more and more people to his shows.
He collaborates with big jamaican artists (such as Capleton, Sizzla, Mister Vegas,…) on new versions of their hits.
2006 is a turning point in his career: he meets the pioneer of hip-hop deejays in France, Dj Cut Killer. Thanks to him, Mike One joins the «Cut Killer Show», on one of the biggest french radios.
From that time, he’s performing non stop through the France and MTV makes him participate to the parties « Shake ton booty ».
In 2007 and 2008 Mike One releases two mixtapes, « The King of the dancefloor » 1 & 2, and the Ragga Reggaeton Compilation, distributed in the whole France, and in 2009 he releases the Summerbounce mixtape. He also participates to the « Trace TV party » tour for the french music channel, through the whole France with big french artists. Mike One is an innovative and audacious deejay, he knows how to take the support of the crowds thanks to his sense of animation and adaptation. As he’s always trying to vary his mixes and to find new hits, the public is running up always more numerous to his events.
