Rezident DJ from parisian partys "Poyz'n'Prils", Athur King always amaze people with his versatile talent which brough him to the top.
BIOGRAPHY
As a DJ, Arthur King is well known for his hip-hop flavour creative mixtapes,where you can find Soul/funk as well as retro 80’s hits.
His released two albums called “Gangsta Boogie” and “Pop Shit”, which both received great reports from the musical press. In 1999, he finished second at the DMC World championship. He also has played with DJs such as Cash Money, Bobbito Garcia, Low Budget (Hollertronix), DJ Jazzy Jeff, Kid Capri, DJ Eleven and DJ Mehdi (RIP).
DJ Arthur King also made the sound design from the prestigious cinema complex La Géode, and several sound jingles for MTV Network.
Then he released the funk compilation “Je suis funky, Je suis frenchy”, which is right now a wanted record.
In 2006, he has been the official DJ for the MTV European Music Awards, playing alongside Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Nelly Furtado, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg or Pharrell Williams.
He is today a member of the “Poyz’n’Pirlz” crew, with Gero, Kazey, Drixxxe, Matt’ Primeur and Dabaaz, with whom he plays every month at the Point Ephemere.
